利用規約

この規約は、LiveCommerce（以下「運営者」）が提供する Shopify アプリ「LiveCommerce 番地・部屋番号チェッカー」（以下「本アプリ」）を、ストアを運営する事業者（以下「利用者」）が使うときの条件を定めます。本アプリをインストールした時点で、利用者はこの規約に同意したものとします。
1. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、Shopify のチェックアウトで、日本の配送先住所に番地や部屋番号の書き漏れがないかを判定し、書き漏れがある場合に注文を止めて入力のしかたを表示します。料金は無料です。
2. データの取り扱い
- 運営者は、利用者のために本アプリの機能を提供する目的に限り、チェックアウトで入力された配送先住所（国・市区町村・住所・建物名）を扱います。この判定は Shopify のサーバー内で行われ、運営者は住所を受け取らず、保存もしません。
- 運営者は、本アプリで扱う情報を、ほかの目的に使ったり、第三者に提供・販売したりしません（法令に基づく場合を除きます）。
- 運営者は、Shopify が定める顧客データの保護に関する要件に従 い、情報を必要最小限の範囲で扱い、不正なアクセスや漏えいを防ぐための措置をとります。
- 個人情報の漏えいなどのセキュリティ事故が起きた場合、運営者は速やかに利用者に知らせ、必要な対応を行います。
- 利用者は、自らのストアのお客様に対し、配送先住所が本アプリで確認されることを、利用者のプライバシーポリシーなどで適切に知らせるものとします。
- 情報の扱いの詳細は、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。
3. 利用者の責任
エラー文の内容やチェックの設定（部屋番号のチェックのオン・オフなど）は、利用者の判断で行うものとします。本アプリの判定は書き漏れの目安であり、住所が正しいことや配達できることを保証するものではありません。
4. 免責
運営者は、本アプリが常に正しく動作することを保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用できないことにより利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、運営者は責任を負いません。チェックアウトの設定で「アプリで問題が発生した場合にチェックアウトをブロックする」をオフにしておくと、万一の不具合でも注文は止まりません。
5. 提供の変更・終了
運営者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。重要な変更や終了の場合は、事前に本アプリの画面などでお知らせします。将来、料金を設ける場合も、事前にお知らせします。
6. 規約の変更
運営者は、この規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。
7. 準拠法と管轄
この規約は日本法に従って解釈します。本アプリに関する紛争は、運営者の本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern the use of the Shopify app “LiveCommerce 番地・部屋番号チェッカー” (the “app”) provided by LiveCommerce (“we”) by merchants who run Shopify stores (“you”). By installing the app, you agree to these terms. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. The app
At checkout, the app checks Japanese delivery addresses for a missing house number or room number and, if one is missing, stops the order and shows how to fix it. The app is free.
2. Data processing
- We process the delivery address entered at checkout (country, city, address and building fields) only to provide the app’s features to you. The check runs inside Shopify; we never receive or store addresses.
- We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
- We follow Shopify’s protected customer data requirements, process only the minimum data needed, and take measures against unauthorized access and leaks.
- If a security incident affecting personal data occurs, we will notify you promptly and take the necessary action.
- You are responsible for informing your customers, for example in your own privacy policy, that delivery addresses are checked by the app.

3. Your responsibilities
You decide the error messages and settings, such as turning the room number check on or off. The check is a guide for missing numbers and does not guarantee that an address is correct or deliverable.
4. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the app always works correctly. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. If “Block checkout if the app fails” stays off in your checkout settings, orders are not stopped even if the app fails.
5. Changes to the app
We may change or discontinue the app. We will announce important changes or a discontinuation in advance, for example in the app page. If we introduce fees in the future, we will announce them in advance.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our head office has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
