LiveCommerce（以下「運営者」）は、Shopify アプリ「LiveCommerce 番地・部屋番号チェッカー」（以下「本アプリ」）で扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリが扱う情報

ストアの情報

本アプリをインストールしたストアのドメイン（例: example.myshopify.com）と、Shopify が発行するアクセストークンです。管理画面に本アプリのページを表示するためだけに使います。本アプリは、ストアの商品・注文・顧客などのデータを読み書きする権限を求めません。

お客様（購入者）の配送先住所

チェックアウトで入力された配送先の国・市区町村・住所・建物名を、Shopify のサーバー上で動く検証機能（Shopify Functions）が読み取り、番地や部屋番号の書き漏れがないかを判定します。この処理は Shopify の中だけで行われます。住所が運営者のサーバーへ送られることはなく、運営者が住所を保存することもありません。

本アプリの設定

ストアが管理画面で設定したエラー文と、部屋番号のチェックのオン・オフです。Shopify のストアに本アプリ専用のデータとして保存し、チェックアウトでの判定に使います。運営者のサーバーには保存しません。個人に関する情報は含みません。

アクセスの記録

本アプリのサーバーは、アクセスの日時、アクセス先の URL、ストアのドメインなどを自動で記録します。不具合の調査と安全の確保のためだけに使います。

本アプリは、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・支払い情報を扱いません。ストアのページに Cookie や追跡用のコードを置くこともありません。

2. 利用目的

上記の情報は、本アプリの機能（チェックアウトでの住所の確認と、管理画面での案内の表示）を提供するためだけに使います。広告・販売・分析など、ほかの目的には使いません。

3. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。本アプリの運用には、次のサービスを使います。

4. 保存期間

ストアの情報は、本アプリがインストールされている間だけ保存し、アンインストールの通知（app/uninstalled）またはストアのデータ削除の依頼（shop/redact）を受けたときに削除します。サーバーの一時的な領域に置いているため、それより早く消えることもあります。本アプリの設定は、アンインストールのあと、Shopify が一定期間保持したうえで削除します（期間は Shopify の仕様によります）。アクセスの記録は、30日を過ぎると自動で削除されます。

5. 保存場所

運営者のサーバーは日本（Google Cloud 東京リージョン）にあります。運営者は欧州に拠点を持たず、欧州で情報を保存・処理していません。

6. お客様の情報の開示・削除の依頼

Shopify からお客様の情報の開示（customers/data_request）または削除（customers/redact）の依頼を受けた場合、本アプリはお客様の個人情報を保存していないため、保存している情報はないものとして対応します。

7. このポリシーの変更

内容を変える場合は、このページで最終更新日とあわせてお知らせします。

This policy explains how LiveCommerce (“we”) handles information in the Shopify app “LiveCommerce 番地・部屋番号チェッカー” (house and room number checker) (the “app”).

1. Information the app handles

Store information

The domain of each store that installs the app (for example, example.myshopify.com) and the access token issued by Shopify. We use them only to show the app’s page in the Shopify admin. The app requests no permission to read or write products, orders, customers or any other store data.

Buyers’ delivery addresses

At checkout, a validation function that runs on Shopify’s servers (Shopify Functions) reads the country, city, address and building fields of the delivery address to check for a missing house number or room number. This happens entirely inside Shopify. Addresses are never sent to our server, and we never store them.

App settings

The error messages and the room number check switch that the store sets on the app page. They are stored in the Shopify store as data owned by the app and used for the check at checkout. They are not stored on our server and contain no personal information.

Access logs

Our server automatically records the time of each request, the requested URL and the store domain. We use these records only to investigate problems and keep the service secure.

The app does not handle buyers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details, and it adds no cookies or tracking code to the storefront.

2. How we use information

Only to provide the app’s features: checking addresses at checkout and showing setup instructions in the admin. We do not use it for advertising, sale, analytics or any other purpose.

Store information is kept only while the app is installed and is deleted when we receive the app/uninstalled or shop/redact webhook. It is held in temporary server storage, so it may be removed sooner. After the app is uninstalled, Shopify keeps the app settings for a period and then deletes them (the period follows Shopify’s own rules). Access logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

5. Location

Our server is in Japan (Google Cloud, Tokyo region). We are not established in Europe and do not store or process information in Europe.

6. Data requests

When Shopify sends a customers/data_request or customers/redact request, we respond that the app stores no personal data about the buyer.

7. Changes

We will post any change on this page together with the date of the update.
